Thank you for choosing KêFà Gems! If you've encountered any issues with your order, we're here to help. Please refer to our return policy below for assistance and solutions.

  • Eligibility for Exchange and Refund: We accept exchanges and refunds for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Tags and accessories must be included.
  • Timeframe for Requests: Exchanges and refund requests must be submitted within 5 days upon the reception of your item.
  • Initiating an Exchange or Refund: To initiate an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service team at kefagems@outlook.com or through our Whatsapp number. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Non-Exchangeable/Non-Refundable Items: Unfortunately, the following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:
    • Sales items
    • Gift Items 
  • Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned merchandise and approve the exchange, you will be automatically refunded in the form of store credit. This store credit can be used for future purchases on the KêFà Gems website.

 Exchanges

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will promptly verify its condition. If it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in our policy, we will approve the exchange.
  • Once approved, you will receive confirmation of the exchange. The replacement item will be processed immediately. In the event that the requested item is unavailable, we are committed to providing alternative options promptly. If no suitable alternatives are found, we will issue store credit as an alternative solution.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at kefagems@outlook.com or through our Whatsapp number, providing photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • We will immediately attend to the issue and work to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
